Souls, Spirits and the Inexplicable

As Australia edges closer to Beltaine, the celebration of fertility, the Northern Hemisphere is gearing up for Halloween, the night the veil between the living and the dead is at its thinnest.  With this in mind, and in response again to the multitude of privately asked questions regarding our Past Life Regression (PLR) Hypnotherapy, we’ve decided to dip our hypnotic toe into the world of souls, spirits and the inexplicable!

For those of you interested in the finer details of PLR feel free to follow the link to our blog https://www.whisperedwisdom.com.au/index.php/blog/item/4-past-life-regression-therapy.  As we say upfront, there is no current scientific proof validating past lives, however there is an avalanche of supporting anecdotal evidence and indeed we have several friends of our page who are very talented Psychic Mediums.

So to continue our journey into the slightly more esoteric, I’d like to share with you one particular photograph taken by Kieren in 2008 at the Sydney’s North Head Quarantine Station, Manly, during a ghost tour with friends.

Now for those not familiar with the Quarantine Station, from the 1830s to 1984 is was the first stop for migrant ships entering Sydney and while some considered it a stepping stone to a brighter future, for too many it was a place of misery, suffering, disease and death.

And now to add a snippet of our experience to the mix…

The photograph included below was taken from inside the morgue.  The tall young man walking out the door, followed by his mother was a skeptic, and somewhat disrespectfully laid himself upon the slab where countless autopsies had been conducted in this place of despair.  You will probably be best placed to review this photo on a computer, rather than a smart phone, as you will need to zoom into the orange strip running the length of his back.

I’m not going to tell you what to see, I’ll leave that completely up to you.  I can assure you this photo has not been manipulated in any way and can advise the majority of visitors that evening endured camera difficulties.  This reportedly is common.

So, in honour of those souls, spirits and the inexplicable we offer you a small glimpse of our anecdotal evidence of their existence.  Make of it what you will and comment if you feel compelled.
